Vacation Messages

If you would like a vacation message auto-responder on your Caltech Office 365 mail account, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com
   
2. Enter your full @caltech.edu email address and press enter/return (note that you do not need to provide your password on this page)
   
3. You will be redirected to the Caltech Office 365 login page
   
4. Login with your full @caltech.edu email address again, then enter your access.caltech password
   
5. Click on the gear icon on the upper right and search for: Automatic replies
   
6. Complete the Automatic replies info and click SAVE.
