GPS Computer Labs
The Division has one general purpose computer lab located in B172 Arms. This lab includes one each of Linux, Macintosh, and Windows workstations, as well as one black and white and one color printer. These are open for use by anyone in the Division. You will need a GPS account in order to use the Linux computer. Both the Macintosh and Windows computers use a shared login. If you prefer your own login to the Macintosh and Windows computers, please email [email protected].
The Planetary Science department maintains a computer lab for PS members located in B156 South Mudd. This lab includes Linux workstations. If you are a PS member, you will need a GPS Linux account to use the Linux workstations.
The Seismology department maintains a computer lab for Seismo members located in 366 South Mudd. This lab includes Linux, Macintosh and Windows workstations, both black and white and color printers, and a document scanner. If you are a Seismo lab member, you will need a GPS Linux account to use the Linux workstations. Both the Macintosh and Windows computers use a shared login.
